For a wider choice of activities you should check out Willesden Sports Centre. It has two swimming pools – measured at 12m and 25m – with the option to free swim or learn from scratch.
The gym area features the latest equipment with 110 stations and it has recently undergone a £260k upgrade.
The Les Mills classes have a range of 74 options available to work out every muscle group in your body. Or you can work on your running technique using either the indoor 60m or outdoor 400m track.
There are also four sports halls and steam and sauna rooms, with 3-month or 12-month membership options to choose from.
CrossFit training is one of the most popular ways to keep fit, and Revolutionise Fitness are renowned for the high quality of their classes that help members reach their personal goals.
You’ll find them located inside Willesden Sports Centre’s Indoor running track, letting you take advantage of the full range of equipment and spaces on offer.
To ensure you find the right level of workout needed, they ease you into the programme with 1-2-1 coaching before introducing you to the group classes. This approach ensures you are not overwhelmed with too much training and gain confidence to work out within a group setting.
Fitness Planet Gym
Based in Cricklewood, Fitness Planet Gym is an independent set-up popular with people living in and around the district.
The gym offers Muay Thai, boxing and MMA training, supported by a range of equipment to help get your body into the right condition.
It also features a protein and health kitchen bar, where you can get a boost from their selection of bottled protein, shakes, protein bars and energy drinks, along with porridge and protein breakfast meals for early starters.
This is a gym for people exercising at all levels, so whether a first-timer or more experienced, it is a great place to work out.
Perle de Beauté – Fitness Studio & Beauty Salon

They are open 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, offering a full body work out that keeps you looking and feeling great all week.
