Sunil has 14+ years of London property expertise, from lettings management to leading one of North West London’s most established independent agencies.

Sunil joined Regal Estates in 2012 as Lettings Manager and in five years, he built and grew the lettings operation before being appointed Director in 2017, taking on a leadership role across the company’s sales, lettings, and property management services.
Sunil knows how the business works at every level, from handling individual tenancy agreements through to overseeing a managed portfolio now worth over £500 million for more than 600 landlords across North West London.

In recent years, he’s led several significant acquisitions that have expanded the Regal Group’s reach and client base. The Highwood portfolio, the Moreland International acquisition in Stanmore, and the purchase and rebranding of May & Co Management (now Regal & Co Management) all came under his direction. Each one was involved in onboarding new landlords, integrating property portfolios, and ensuring existing clients had a smooth transition with no disruption to their service. As a Director, Sunil works across Regal Estates and Regal & Co Management, where he plays an active role in business strategy, client relationships, and the day-to-day decisions that keep the agency running properly. He’s hands-on. If you’re a landlord with a portfolio question or an investor exploring your options, there’s a good chance you’ll speak to Sunil directly.

Sunil took a different path into property. His BA and MA from Durham were in business finance and operations management, and that academic grounding in numbers genuinely comes through in the way he works. He thinks about portfolios as long-term investments, not just individual tenancies, and he’s comfortable talking numbers whether that’s yield calculations, market appraisals, or portfolio performance reviews. He’s been a qualified member of ARLA Propertymark (MARLA) since 2014, which means 12 years of continuous professional membership and ongoing CPD commitments. He’s also a member of NAEA Propertymark and registered with The Property Ombudsman, giving clients the reassurance that comes with regulated, accountable service.

His strengths lie in residential investment strategy, HMO compliance, buy-to-let portfolio performance, and tenancy law. For landlords managing multiple properties across different areas, that breadth of knowledge is genuinely useful because it means one person can advise across the full range of issues you’re likely to encounter.
Sunil also speaks Hindi alongside English, which matters in an area as diverse as North West London. Being able to communicate with clients in their preferred language builds trust, and it’s a practical advantage when dealing with the varied communities across Willesden Green, Neasden, and Dollis Hill.

Regal Estates has been based at 383 High Road, Willesden Green since 1997, and Sunil has spent over 14 years working from that office. In that time he’s built up the kind of local knowledge that only comes from actually being on the ground, day in, day out.
He advises landlords and investors across the NW10, NW2, and NW6 postcodes, covering Willesden Green, Dollis Hill, Neasden, Cricklewood, Kilburn, Kensal Rise, Kensal Green, and Queens Park. Each of these areas has its own character and its own rental dynamics (what works in Mapesbury Conservation Area is quite different to what tenants are looking for around Neasden). Sunil understands those differences because he’s been letting and managing properties across all of them for over a decade.
With the launch of Regal’s Central London branch, his advisory role has expanded to cover areas including Soho, Fitzrovia, Marylebone, and Bloomsbury, helping landlords with London-wide portfolios manage everything through a single point of contact.
Talk to Sunil’s landlords, and a few things keep coming up. He gives straight advice, he follows through on what he says, and when something needs sorting, he picks up the phone. Market appraisal accuracy gets mentioned a lot too. For landlords making real investment decisions, that reliability matters more than most things.
Many of Regal’s client relationships started with a personal recommendation, and a number of those referrals led directly to Sunil. Portfolio landlords value his bigger-picture thinking around long-term investment returns, while first-time landlords appreciate how he simplifies what can feel like an overwhelming process.
Regal Estates currently holds a strong Google Reviews rating, and the testimonials page features several reviews mentioning Sunil by name. That kind of personal recognition doesn’t happen by accident. It reflects a consistent approach to client service over many years.
As part of the Regal Estates team, Sunil operates within the agency’s strict compliance framework. All client funds are protected under the Client Money Protection scheme, and the agency’s ARLA and NAEA memberships mean regular audits, mandatory professional indemnity insurance, and adherence to industry codes of practice.
