Regal Estates are an ARLA Propertymark registered letting agency; this is a guarantee that we will only provide you with a trustworthy and professional service. Being a part of the ARLA Propertymark means that our clients benefit from a high standard of customer service such as client money protection service. A surprising amount of letting agents are not ARLA registered or do not have any notable accreditations. We have a team of ARLA qualified Property Managers looking after you and your property for the length of your tenancy. Here are some more reasons you should use an ARLA Propertymark registered agent when letting your property.
Regal Estates are NAEA Propertymark registered for sales. Agents who offer Propertymark Protection have Client Money Protection (if they handle client money), professional indemnity insurance and belong to an independent redress scheme.
Client Money Protection
Regal Estates is a member of a Client Money Protection Scheme (CMS). As a Propertmark Protected firm you can find a copy of our client money protection certificate here and can also find our client money handling procedure detailed in the following document – Our conduct and membership rules. A hardcopy of this document can also be provided in our office.
You can read about the benefits to you of your Agent being in a CMS scheme here.
Trading Standard Approved Code of Practice
Regal Estates are also a part of a number of accredited associations such as The Property Ombudsman (TPO). Our membership to TPO means that in the unlikely event something goes wrong, you have an official complaints body to liaise with and we adhere to the TPO code of practice for letting agents. We are also a London Rental Standard accredited Agent and are familiar with the different regulations in regards to local council housing across the different London Boroughs including Brent, Camden, Westminster and Hammersmith & Fulham.
We are registered as a Safe Agent which is a mark denoting that we protect landlords and tenants monies through client money protection schemes.
