    Regal Estates are NAEA Propertymark registered for sales. Agents who offer Propertymark Protection have Client Money Protection (if they handle client money), professional indemnity insurance and belong to an independent redress scheme.

    Regal Estates is a member of a Client Money Protection Scheme (CMS).

    Trading Standard Approved Code of Practice

    Regal Estates are also a part of a number of accredited associations such as The Property Ombudsman (TPO). Our membership to TPO means that in the unlikely event something goes wrong, you have an official complaints body to liaise with and we adhere to the TPO code of practice for letting agents. We are also a London Rental Standard accredited Agent and are familiar with the different regulations in regards to local council housing across the different London Boroughs including Brent, Camden, Westminster and Hammersmith & Fulham.
