Brondesbury
Brondesbury is an area of Kilburn in north west London. It sits between the boroughs of Brent and Camden and borders the areas of Kilburn, Willesden, Kensal Green and Cricklewood. Large detached houses and semi-detached properties situated on pleasant tree-lined roads.

Brondesbury Park
Large detached houses and semi-detached properties. Although technically part of Kilburn, Brondesbury has widely grown to become recognised as an area in its own right with many popular gastro-pubs, wine bars and restaurants within its domain. Hampstead

Harlesden
Harlesden is an area in the London Borough of Brent, northwest London, consisting primarily of smaller terraced houses, flats apartments and studios, a great area for first tie buys or buy to let properties for investment.

Kensal Rise
Smaller terraced houses and studios, flats and apartments in converted mansion blocks. Kensal Rise and Kensal Green are prime examples of up and coming areas with great investment potential. Maida Vale

Mapesbury
A popular conservation area of converted apartments, flats and Victorian family houses. The Estate is bordered to the west by Walm Lane and Chichele Road to the east. To the rear of properties is Shoot Up Hill and to the north by the rear of the properties in Anson Road. The Mapesbury Estate is a beautiful haven offering historic, premium properties. Neasden
Situated in the London Borough of Brent, close to excellent transport links such as North Circular Road.

Park Royal
Park Royal covers part of London Borough of Brent, London Borough of Ealing and London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.

Queens Park

South Hampstead

The area is much sought due to the extremely roomy interiors of these large properties. West Hampstead

Sought after area of North West London with large houses and a spacious, gracious feeling. The best selection of restaurants, shops and bars is in West End Lane and excellent transport links make West Hampstead convenient for the West End and the City. Not far from the M1 giving good access to the North.

Willesden Green
Victorian houses, Victorian terraced properties, modern housing developments. Willesden is an area in North West London which forms part of the London Borough of Brent. To the north of Willesden Green is Dollis Hill, Kensal Rise is to the west and Cricklewood to the east. Willesden High Rd consists of a large Sainsbury’s; small cafe and restaurants serving varied world cuisine; smaller shops and Willesden Library. Another up and coming area of North West London offering good investment potential for buy to let investors or first time property buyers.
